Completely useless
I received two email confirmations. I called the pharmacy the next day and the girl told me they had not received it. Why did they send me two email confirmations for? After talking to the person who answered the phone, she said well maybe you don’t have the proper app. There’s a new app I should download. When was the new app released and how come I didn’t get a notice to download? She said, it was released at the beginning of last year. Okay, I’ve placed refill orders with that app since last year. But all of the sudden it’s not working?! What is going on? I’ve been getting my prescriptions with the compound pharmacy in the woodlands since 2017. I’m pretty familiar with the process. All of the sudden the person on the phone implies I don’t know what I’m doing. And I will have to download the “new” app plus I have to fill out ALL the prescription information myself. Wow! Is there anything else I should do? Perhaps I should also compound it myself. Wow! Then she tells me no one else is having issues with the app. Meaning it must be my fault. Okay then. From now on I’ll be calling instead of using the app.

Misleading refills notifications
I placed an order for a refill and initially received updates within the app about its status. It was marked received, then processing. However, I continued to check the status daily and it never updated beyond “processing”. Over a week after the last status update, I received a text message saying that my prescription was going to be returned to stock.l as it had been ready for 7 days. The app status still said “processing”. It would be less confusing to just not have any status in the app than to show an incorrect one.
