"Main control "
Volume adjustment: 10-level volume adjustment, synchronized with the gain, and the left and right hearing aid can be adjusted independently.
Hearing aids battery : Synchronously shows the current battery percentage of the hearing aids.
Ear tips switching: Different acoustic parameters are set for the two ear caps (closed and open ear tips). When switching ear tips, you need to select the right eartip setting on app.
Synchronization function: Quickly switch whether the volume control of the left and right hearing aid is synchronized.
Scene mode: Quickly switch scene modes and parameter applications for different usage scenarios. Scene modes include indoor mode, conversation mode, restaurant mode, and traffic mode. In each scene mode, parameters such as noise reduction level, voice enhancement level, microphone directivity, EQ compensation, etc. can be independently customized.
Indoor mode is aimed at quieter indoor scenes and office scenes;
Conversation mode is aimed at face-to-face conversations in conference rooms and coffee shops in generally quiet environments;
Restaurant mode is aimed at dining scenarios such as Western restaurants in generally quiet environments;
Traffic mode is aimed at common commuting scenarios such as taking the subway and bus.

Cearvol hearing aids
I’ve had these now for about 2 months. They work almost as good as my old Truhearing aids that cost me $700/ear, after Medicare insurance coverage. But I do have two issues. 1. Feedback squeal intermittently, with either of the provided open or closed tips. Mostly when multiple people are talking over each other. 2. The apple IOS app. Is very flaky at reconnecting to the hearing aids. The aids say Bluetooth connected, but app stays at the connecting page. Sometimes I can put them back in the charge case then reconnect them and it will start working. Other times I have to forget them from the phone and exit the Cearvol app. Then repair and start the app. Fizzing these two issues would be a great help.

It was simple to do and allowed me to customize the Cearvol hearing aids to match my high and mid frequency hearing loss. I can control volume and other functions to make my hearing aidswork in different noisy situations. Also they can connect my IPhone via Bluetooth, so I am able to listen to music podcast, etc.

I use it to customize my hearing aids. Adjust volume, noise reduction, change scene modes according to my needs. It is convenient and easy to use

Hearing test is broken
The aids are fine, the controls in the app are fine, but the hearing test portion of the app is broken. And when I attempted to get tech support I got a lady that obviously had never done any support before and needs serious training before she is put in front of customers again.
