Terrible pet feeder
Very hard to use
The sole purpose I bought their feeder and installed the app was to set up meal plans, but the app wouldn’t allow me to save my plans. Every time I had to click ‘save’ 2-3 times and it’s either no response or it saved multiple plans without any meal information. Don’t buy this product.

Limitations sometimes frustrating, gets job done
I changed the brand of dog food and recalibrated it, and it said meal sizes were now a maximum of 70 grams. Before it was 100, which is fine. I don’t really understand why there’s a max to begin with? If I want to put out 500 grams per meal, is the scale just not able to handle it? Why does it go up or down depending on the food? I’m not even mad I just want to know. Appreciate the videos on how to reset the Wi-Fi (hold both buttons down THEN hold Wi-Fi button down), had to reconnect it after changing my password.
