About CENTRO MOVE
With a few taps, book a ride in the app (for now or later) and our technology will pair you with other people headed your way.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Easily discover and navigate multiple types of transit in your community!
- Book a ride by setting your pickup and dropoff addresses, and indicating if you’re riding with any additional passengers.
- You will be given an estimated time when the vehicle will arrive upon booking your trip and on which nearby block you should meet your driver. The estimated arrival time of the driver will be automatically updated as your vehicle makes its way to meet you.
- When your driver arrives, please promptly board the vehicle. You’ll pay your fare in advance on the app or in exact cash when boarding.
- There may be others on board, or you may make a few additional stops along the way! You can track your ride and share your status in real-time from the app.

Our algorithm matches people headed in the same direction. This means you’re getting the convenience of a private ride with the efficiency and reliability of a public one.

MOVE is wheelchair accessible! If you require a wheelchair, simply toggle on “Wheelchair accessibility” in the “Account” tab of your app! When you request a ride, you’ll be matched with a wheelchair accessible vehicle.

Just got it and problems already
I just installed this after being approved for the service. I see the phone numbers can only be changed by the bus company so hopefully they take care of having one of my phone numbers that shouldn’t be on here removed. Then I went to change the password. I wish I hadn’t. However the information had been entered previously, it did have my name, address and cell number correct. I didn’t recall the password so I used the forgot password feature and it texted me a password completely made up of random characters. That was fine. Then I went to enter the new password and no matter what I put in, the password is not long enough and it keeps telling me to. It’s weak, there are two few character and enter something with 6 or more characters and at least 1 non-letter. I’ve done that three times and it comes back with the same message. Like the previous poster said, nice, but it needs work.
