About Afterimage Mobile
Humans were the last creation, and their ever-expanding ambitions led to a protracted war against the Goliaths. Engardin was engulfed in flames, until a huge explosion known as "The Razing" devastated the Holy Grounds of mankind and brought a swift end to the conflict. But the divine order was broken, and lives withered away. The age of mankind came to an end.
The survivors of the conflict scattered across Engardin. Severed from the Well of Mankind and unable to reincarnate, they banded together to form settlements. Years have passed since this great cataclysm, and the remaining human settlements have been suddenly assaulted by mystic forces. Renee, a young amnesiac girl and student of Aros, was the lone survivor of the attack on her village. Determined to recover her forgotten memories and locate her lost mentor, she bids farewell to her destroyed village to embark on a journey that will inexplicably set into motion a series of events that will determine the fate of this new world.

Pretty but Unplayable
The game is pretty. That’s about all I can say that is good. I found it to be unplayable. Wish I could get a refund.

Good but flawed port
The Good: Beautiful graphics. Combat feels good. There’s variety in weapons and enemies. Cloud saves work across devices, and you can play the iPad version on Mac. It’s a premium game so no in app purchases or ads or any other nonsense, and you don’t need an internet connection. The Bad: It’s very unoptimized. It will heat up your phone and drain battery pretty quickly, no matter your settings even though it’s a 2D game. This isn’t a game you want to play when you’re not near a charger. As a console port, you really need a game controller to have the best experience. The onscreen controls are surprisingly usable, but only after customizing and testing a few different layouts to make the controls fit my hands better. There’s also some confusing item descriptions and odd menus. Also somehow my main save got out of sync and won’t upload so now I can only really play on one device without losing huge progress.
