About Muraqaba - Muslim Mindfulness
Muraqaba app is on a mission to revive the Islamic tradition of contemplation, meditation, and God-centered presence through audio and video guided practices, mindfulness courses & tools. We bring together the essence of beautiful Quranic verses, Allah's Names (Asma Ul Husna), Prophetic Duas, Adhkaar, affirmations, and more to provide relief to the emotional difficulties Muslims are facing, cultivate spiritual and mental wellbeing.
The app is developed by Mindfulness experts, psychotherapists and teachers by infused evidence-based neuroscience into Prophetic Teachings. We’re on a mission to revive the Muslim tradition of cultivating Hudhur, Dhikr, Tafakkur, Tadabbur, Muraqaba, Taqwa, and Ihsaan to build emotional resilience and well-being in a God-centered, culturally relevant way. Our team collectively brings over 15 years of experience in Mindfulness, Emotional Intelligence, and Mindset training, as well as Islamic Psychology integrating the work of Muslim scholars and tradition in our meditation, contemplation, and affirmation practices.
