Got a ticket for not wearing a helmet
Scooter didn’t release helmet. I stopped the ride and tried again, it still didn’t release it. Not knowing it’s illegal to ride without a helmet in Australia I started riding. Immediately got pulled over by a cop who gave me a $160 fine and also told me that he hears people say that the helmets don’t release all the time. Would also been useful for the app to say helmet wearing is compulsory in AUS

Extra charges from app freezing and helmet charges
Was excited to use the new nice bikes I’ve seen around. After unlocking the bike, had issues getting the helmet. I couldn’t get the bike to work properly and gave up after 2 minutes. I angry gave up and tried to end the ride, but the app froze. I waited for one minute before realizing I had to force close the app and restart it before I could actually “end trip”. I was charged for the whole time the app froze and didn’t end the ride. Never again, stay away from this flawed product
