Horrible customer service, game lags, misleading information, but game itself is good.
Been playing this game from global launch (08/07/25). The game itself is good and has potential. But the game developers and customer service is so bad that the game is not worth paying in game currency. I feel the players are not listen to and ignored when issues arise in the game and does not provide any compensation for their error. Their customer service is none existent and if you have an issue, expect over 24+ hrs before the issue may be fixed. Don’t expect any follow up email stating that the issue is fixed, such as log in issues and game currency not being providing when money is spent.

It keeps kicking me out every time the storyline comes when I log back in it kicked me out again idk why
