The fediverse is a network of decentralized, interoperable social media servers. Each server runs open source software that implements shared protocols like ActivityPub. This enables users on different servers to follow each other and interact across the fediverse.

Decent app ruined by inaccessibility
The UI is nice and the app works well for the most part (not auto-capitalizing the first word after a period is annoying), but the dealbreaker is that there is no way to view alt text on images nor even tell if the post author added alt text to attached images. I also didn’t see a way to add it when posting images. Alt text is an imperative function to a lot of us and its exclusion means I can’t recommend this app.
