Not even close to accurate.
Unfortunately this didn’t work at all for me. I tested this immediately before I got a blood draw to check my hemoglobin, figuring that if it was pretty accurate I could use the app in the future. The app said my hgb was a bit over two full points below where it actually was on my blood draw. That is not accurate at all. I even made sure to warm up my hands and fingers before I tried the app. Sadly, this technology is not yet helpful.
