I've had a terrible experience with this app. Sometimes I can log in and see my account information, but most of the time it's just gibberish. I recently discovered some mysterious charges on my account, so I called to inquire about the balance. Unfortunately, the representative couldn't provide me with a clear answer. To make matters worse, I haven't used the account in over two years, yet I'm still being charged monthly. It's outrageous that the company can take interest on these payments, but their customer service can't provide basic information. My advice? Avoid dealing with this company at all costs.
