Beyond horrible

If you are looking to outsource your sales management to AI, let me fill you in on the truth of this app. It is abysmal at distinguishing voices in interactions, which can be a nightmare. It is extremely crude at voice/language/context interpretation. I can see many lawsuits resulting from it inaccurately interpreting actual conversations and the critiques it provides based upon its grossly flawed transcripts. If you are an employer looking to micromanage its employees, which is what this is essentially a tool for, hire actual humans to do it. This app is trash at replacing humans to train sales reps
