I just bought the this drone and I try to login but after I put my information in it just keeps on saying “please use correct format” maybe they want me to write Chinese but in America I can’t do that. So now I am left unable to use the app.

I've come across a few comments about the app not connecting properly and showing no internet connection, they just don’t try hard enough to find a solution. In my experience I found that turning the WiFi off and on a few times helped resolve the issue. While the app didn't sync perfectly for drone calibration, I was able to use the remote control that came in with the package effectively. The real-time video and picture capture worked well, although the quality wasn't top-notch. Considering the price point, I believe this drone is a good option for kids and beginners. I'm delighted that my grandson can fly it without any issues and is thoroughly enjoying it. 👍

This app is awesome for a beginner I just started playing with my drone and could not stop the camera is ok not a really high quality but it has many features this app is easy to use.
