I have placed an order for a very high value order and they authorised my card which went through. But a day later they cancelled stating the system did not take the order. When I called customer service they advised to talk to my bank. My bank approved the payment. Now the customer service is rude and they were just saying try your luck again. We might or not make the payment through.

I have ordered $18,000 worth of gold of this website had shipped and for some reason could not be home to have it delivered after usually they will take it to Fedex location where I would show up and pick it up but when I went there, they said that the Bullion.com requested the package to be sent back to them.That is when I have made my first phone call to the customer service and spoke to Tiffany Chow( also works at Amex) which is when she assured me that everything will be OK they will receive the package back and they will resend it to me, which was a lie that lasted for over two months. After two months had passed and they have been holding onto my $18,000 for two months. The FedEx finally returned the package to them. Which is when they have just decided to refund me even though I have requested multiple times that I still want the gold because I have ordered specific pieces that would make my collection complete. Did I forget to mention that this was happening in February and March 2025 which is when the gold price went from 2900$ an ounce to 3500) an ounce basically making me lose about$4000 in a span of that two months time window. Also not having access to $18,000 for over two months almost 3. I wish all the worst to this company I will never order from them and I will do my best to make a review on every possible website and let everybody know that there are scammers in their willing to lose a faithful customer over 1004 $2000 difference in the price that they could have swallowed since it was completely their mistake for not shipping back the gold to me.

I would like to report concerns about potential fraudulent activities related to this app. Recently, I experienced an issue where misleading information and improper guidance caused financial and time loss. Specifically, the company associated with the app provided incorrect details about the return process for an online purchase, leading to unnecessary inconvenience. To make matters worse, I attempted to resolve the issue, but the company deleted my account without my consent, making it impossible for me to check any details or pursue further action. Not only did I lose money, but I was also denied access to my account and purchase history. I strongly advise against making any purchases through this app. I will make sure to share this experience everywhere to warn others about this company’s practices.
