Amazing when the app works
I love the concept but the schedule part of the app works about half the time

Question/complaint
So I bought a subscription, it didn’t really send me a confirmation email but it took my money. So I tried to cancel it but I don’t know how. So I ordered another, I don’t have a lot of money right now so don’t want to auto-renew. I was just wondering if anyone can answer: Will the subscription from the first purchase not auto renew since I probably won’t get the card? And is there a way to not auto renew through the app? Otherwise if the subscription won’t auto renew it then I’m just gonna say forget it and stop worrying
