Terrible
This app doesn’t work. It glitches when trying to login to my account saying nothing exists for that email. Then it won’t let me try again without clearing the Safari cache. It isn’t connected to their servers apparently since the reset email never came either. Meanwhile I’m logged in on the computer looking at the receipt in my email. I can’t believe I’m paying $100/month for a non functional app. Please fix ASAP or I’m canceling and using a different test prep service.

Can be difficult sometimes
Mobile version can be difficult and not very user friendly at times. For example, question stems not loading, pictures not loading, some question stems popping up on the wrong question (ie showing answers choices that clearly are not consistent with the question stem)

crashes everyday
The app crashes everyday, makes me log back in multiple times a day, and does not display the full explanation for the answers. It is very limited compared to the desktop version.

New update
I had a new update yesterday and it’s been terrible, it freezes, won’t let me click my answers and I keep having to open and close it. I’ve been using this app for months with no issues and now this is happening, please fix this issue! I also don’t like the new drop down arrow for explanations. It was better when it was already shown.
