Needs a lot of work
Doesn’t collapse sections properly. It’ll collapse but when you either refresh the app or come back to it later everything is expanded again. Very frustrating when dealing with a checklist that has a ton of steps. Also, takes way too many tries to actually submit a finished ticket. At least half a dozen tries are required before it will actually close out. The only thing that this app has over the legacy app is that it is quicker to open and enter things. Tried it again because the patch notes said that it now remembers collapsed sections. Still not working correctly. It will even start expanding sub-sections immediately after collapsing a section. This app is very frustrating to use. Going back to the legacy app even though it’s no longer being updated.
