Customers Should be Able to Choose The Delivery Branch
The delivery was automatically assigned using AI or whatever, selecting a branch which states was only 3 km away. However, the app failed to account for closed roads and closed subdivisions, forcing the driver to travel to 11km instead. Customers should have the option in the App to choose the delivery branch, just like with pickup, to avoid delayed deliveries and avoid hassle to the poor drivers.
