This app is horrible. Multiple bugs. Won’t record all your trips. Hides all the ones with driving events that won’t even let you change. Horrible. Another scam from the insurance company.

Time Of Day Is Not A Good Measurement
If I need to drive anywhere between the times of 9am - 9pm, my score should not be impacted. This app is a bit unreasonable and shows a bit of inhumanity on the part of Allstate for employing this as a means by which I’d be measured as a safe driver. It makes me want to change my auto-insurance company right away.

Scoring system
One of their scoring factors is “the time of day” which is ridiculous. I have to pick up my children from school at the same time every weekday. My other scoring factors are perfect, except that one and it really ticks me off.

Trips
This app isn’t anywhere near Farmer’s Signal or Progressive’s drive apps. It doesn’t recognize when you’re parked, delay time is wrong, and the trips don’t record the trips the correct way.
