What’s with all the hate?

Maybe this used to be a junky app, but I just installed and used it with the Fitflavor set and it worked pretty flawlessly. Slight hiccup where it didn’t connect our WiFi to the Fitflavor on first try, but cancelling and holding my phone next to the unit seemed to correct whatever was going on—it connected right away. Now I can be rooms or miles away and the app will tell me what’s going on with the probes. The alarms were simple to set and the beef guidelines (with pictures) were easy to understand. All this with a free app and relatively cheap probe set and I honestly can’t complain. And my sirloin tip roast yesterday turned out perfectly medium rare. Two thumbs up!

Terrible Design

The reviews are right. The design is awful. It won’t trigger the iPhone Password app so I went into the password app to manually create the login. This app doesn’t let you paste into the password field. I use a password manager for everything. This app won’t let me, I won’t use it.

Customer support? Non-existent

Trying to set up the device. Indicated I’m Paired with router and phone. Going to connect and it fails repeatedly. Instructions say to contact customer support without giving an email address or phone number to contact. Shut it all down, reloaded the app tried again and again it failed to connect. Just received today and it’s going back tomorrow.

Having the same problem everyone else is having with the app on iPhone can’t scroll down to make an account

Can’t even find a place to register so the app will NOT work without doing that step first
