This app has been absolutely game changing for my day to day. Receiving daily notifications catered to my goals has been extremely helpful and one of those “I didn’t think I needed this until I got it” kind of things. The app is super explanatory, efficient, and effective. How I use the app: I personally use this app for fitness/nutrition (there are other options). I get daily notifications on why the gym is important, the benefits of working out, benefits regarding nutrition, why I shouldn’t stop, etc. I recommend this app to anyone who wants those little reminders for your set goal. It’s completely catered to you and you can also set how many reminders you want in a day.

Excellent and Easy to Use!
Downloaded the original version and to see the development to improve the app has been outstanding. Very efficient on motivation needed and I personally like how you can set it to multiple categories. Great app!
