Uninstall. Reinstall. Regret. Repeat.
Set up Face ID? Great. Except the app forgets every single time. I feel like I’m training the app to recognize me in another life. Then comes the bonus: an unreadable “Unknown error” pop-up which just long enough to test your guessing skills. Contacted AIA to support and they said to uninstall and reinstall (classic), even though I just downloaded the latest version. Use only if you’re calm, enlightened, and have nothing urgent to do.

Unable to Log In – No Support Response
I tried logging into the app using the correct username and password multiple times, but I keep getting an “incorrect credentials” message. I double-checked everything and even tried resetting, but still no luck. I also emailed support for help, but haven’t received any reply after several days. This is very frustrating and disappointing. If login and support don’t work properly, the app becomes unusable. Please fix this issue and respond to user concerns.
