I want to say the cameras are pretty good. Some cons I’ve found. When you have cross camera detection you can’t delete any of the videos. Like each video is tied together so you can’t delete them. You also can’t delete videos in bulk without having to click each video to delete it. If I’m walking around outside I get multiple videos and want to delete them all at once. As the software is now you have to click each individual video to delete it.

Easy and intuitive

I downloaded this to go with our new camera system and have been pleasantly surprised by this app. It’s very straightforward and doesn’t seem to have any language issues. Every time I find myself wondering if I can do something (change camera name, make a default view, etc) I’ve been able to locate and change the feature quickly. There is an option for a paid subscription, but the utility of the app and cameras is not diminished with the free account at all. We live in a rural area and are stuck with starlink and signal boosters and this app still communicates with the cameras consistently.

Software Issue

Adding Homebase units manually or via QR code does not work. Other devices show up without issue and can be added. But homebase units aren’t in the list of available units to add manually, and scanning QR code returns a blank. Developers responded asking for more details, so I increased my original rating. Unfortunately, I returned the item by the time I got a response.
