Traps money

Fails when transferring money to the card. I attempted to load the card; it read the card ok, and accepted the mbway payment. Now, there’s a pending operation on the app. Trying to write to the card, it repeatedly fails with a ‘Error: internal error: send request’. So now my money is trapped in the app and cannot be used to load the card. Awful experience.

Good for seeing how many titles are on a card - and that’s about it…

In theory, I really like Anda. In practice, I have found that it mostly sulks when you try to add value to a card and then says that there is a pending operation. Once it gets itself into this state there doesn’t seem to be any way of solving the problem within the app; you will either have to call customer service, or go to a ticket counter (good luck on that - there are very few of those). I wish it were less fragile, but it really is. A shame - great idea, but the execution is poor.

Can’t get it to work - problematic. Não funciona, impossível ter a app a carregar um andante. Frustrating!!
