Need help please disregard
To be honest I have a love hate relationship with this game. I love playing this game and I love my team. What I don’t love is the support I am not getting. I have been unable to get into the game since last Friday. Whenever I open the game it gets to 100% and does not go any further. Every time I contact support “Mike” he tells me to Be patient and it will open. That never happens. I only hear from Mike once a day generally in the middle of the night. The last action prior to the game not allowing me in I asked Mike to get rid of the ads since I had already paid to have them removed. Since then I haven’t been able to get into the game. This morning I asked Mike to switch my Apple ID on the game that’s locked on my IPad with an ID I’m using on my iPhone. I’ve not heard anything from him all day. Can someone please help me?

Cool game
Game lags some and will not stay in holes even when you see the rope go in the hole also push you to spend money But overall it’s a fun game to play I sometimes play for several hours until my eyes won’t focus LOL and it ticks me off at the same time I just hate getting taken advantage of But get it and enjoy
