Terrible, unusable
Got to a point where I had to check boxes to agree with certain photo compliance requirements and it was impossible to get to the boxes to check them. Scrolling, turning my phone sideways, nothing worked. Had to abandon and go online.

Terrible app
This is the worst online visa app I have ever used. I submitted my application twice because the first time didn't work, and was told to retake passport bio page, which I did but the app would not let me upload it. Meanwhile, I keep getting emails telling me my time to complete the application is running out but the app will not let me complete it. Of course I can't talk to a human being on the other end. I've already spent 3 weeks and $65 on this frustrating process with no visa to show for it. My traveling companions also had a frustrating and difficult time using this app. This is a terrible app.
