CORE Rep Assist

The CORE Customer Notebook integrates with our Customer Account Management module to allow users to create sales orders, view customer information and add notes to a customer account. The main features of the application are:
Create sales orders
View summaries of a customer account
Interactive options allow the user to call and email a customer and access Maps from within the app
Add a note to a customer account, assigning a category and a due date
Offline mode when working with limited network availability
