Flawed
It's always had flaws, but now I can't even submit work to blackboard or save documents from blackboard to my computer. Why is this our only option to use for school?

Needs serious work
Being the only way that you can access anything school related on your phone, this app has some serious flaws. For one, the back button. This gets incredible inconvenient. Rather than having the ability to go back to the previous page, like you would on a webpage (and did previously, before the app was created and became mandatory), you have to go ALL the way back to the main page. So then you have to reopen blackboard, go to where you were, etc. Also, some buttons simply will not work. Want to watch your VoiceThread lecture on the app? The button designed to exit and open in the app does not work. Want to take that short syllabus quiz on your phone? Don’t try. Any kind of quiz, test, etc, will inevitably freeze up or bug up. Speaking of freezing, blackboard does this lovely thing on the app where the screen will freeze and you are unable to move or click anything, you have to hit the back button and start from square one on the home page. I miss the web version.
