Log In Issues
I’ve no problem logging in the website and it taking the password and username. The app ALWAYS rejects username, passwords and emails. WHAT A JOKE!

Horrible AI automated
I’ve tried calling for 3 weeks almost every day for TransUnion to remove a (now irrelevant) remark on my credit score. Mind you I’m paying the debt and everything is fine. Problem here is that remarks saying “the customer disagrees” is a problem and are keeping me from getting underwriting done to get a house. Equifax and Experian were very helpful, I spell spoke to a person, both great; not TransUnion, they make you go to the website, look at your credit report and dispute it. Mind you, it’s a months old dispute that has since been negotiated with. It shouldn’t be there. I had to dispute because there is no one answering. Terrible credit bureau.

Login Faulty on App, Works on Website
I can login via the website with no problems. The app however keeps giving me an error saying the password is incorrect even though it is the password I use to successfully authenticate into the website. For such an important entity, it seems this kind of issue should be resolved immediately. Many people in the reviews have the same problem.
