Frame
The frame is beautiful! However, it only lets me upload photos one by one and doesn’t let me add videos. My family tried downloading it by sharing the invite link and it keeps saying invalid.

Can’t get pass registration
I’m pretty tech savvy and this is not the first digital frame I’ve purchased. Can’t get pass the registration on the app. Kept hitting sending code to register and I have the codes (multiple) but back on the app, where am I supposed to enter the code?! And on the digital frame, there’s a QR code that’s invalid?! How am I supposed to add pictures or bypass it without using the app. Unfortunately I’ll have to return this. Terrible user experience.
