Not user friendly & doesn’t work work
Doesn’t have calling options, messaging options, it’s stuck to one line, can’t access voicemails. Terrible built.

Functionality , Usability on iPhone is very frustrating
Terrible user functionality. The Visual mail screen is not simple to easily access when you open the app. You have to click the More button...then another screen to access all of your latest voice mail messages. It should be on the opening screen..it should ot take 3 clicks to get to my important client voice mails. Second, when a client leaves a voice mail message, there is no "call back" to the the same number . Instead , the frustrate and time consume more , I have to "copy" the number and then click to a completely different screen ...then click on the Dialpad and then "paste" to call the number of the original person who left the message . This is a extreme waste of time when you have to call back 5 clients at a time . Third, you can not forward the voicemail to any of your other team members unless you know their exact extension number . Who memorizes this? In addition, there is no way to "share" the voicemail via email or text message in the iphone. Fourth, when connecting a phone number ,weird ring tones play at a strange low volume for a few seconds before the standard ring tone for dialing is played at a louder volume Overall terrible functionality. I am quite surprised that the user interface engineers do not even think about any of the above three major problems. Did anyone even test this app in real life? I realize this is version 1.0 but this is actually ridiculous. They should have been released initially. I am a new client and I can say that this is a game changer for me considering renewal next year when our business contract is up. Most people need to connect with their clients in the go from their phones and this is a terrible way of doing it. If I ever get a voice message, I need to pull aside my car and copy and paste anyone before I can get back on the road. There is no "call back "button. Addition as mentioned that there's no forwarding either. Hopefully version 1.1 will be able to take care of all of the above problems. And I hope they also read this review. Whoever is considering Call Harbor with the a new contract should reconsider and look at other alternatives---unless you don't need to have mobile functionality at all.
