Title: Deceptive Advertising - Access blocked after paying €168
I am deeply disappointed with this app. I paid €168 for what was advertised in their Persian banner as 'Lifetime access and WITHOUT LIMITS' (دسترسی مادام و بدون محدودیت). However, as soon as I passed my theory exam, the developer blocked my access. When I complained, they pointed to a contradictory line in small print, despite the main promise being 'Unlimited'. This is a clear case of misleading marketing. Paying such a high price for temporary access is not what was promised. I do not recommend this app to anyone expecting honest business practices. I am currently pursuing a refund through my bank.. من بهشدت از این اپلیکیشن ناامید شدم. من ۱۶۸ یورو برای چیزی پرداخت کردم که در بنر فارسی آنها صراحتاً به عنوان "دسترسی مادامالعمر و بدون محدودیت" تبلیغ شده بود. اما به محض اینکه در امتحان تئوری قبول شدم، توسعهدهنده دسترسی من را مسدود کرد. وقتی اعتراض کردم، آنها به یک سطر متناقض با نوشتههای ریز اشاره کردند، در حالی که وعده اصلی آنها دسترسی "بدون محدودیت" بود. این یک مصداق بارز از بازاریابی فریبنده است. پرداخت چنین هزینه بالایی برای دسترسی موقت، چیزی نبود که وعده داده شده بود. من این اپلیکیشن را به هیچکس که انتظار صداقت در کسبوکار دارد، توصیه نمیکنم.
