Amazon Prime discount not added

I contacted customer service several times about Amazon prime discount not being applied. I only get the basic 5 cents not the 10 cents when linked properly with Amazon Prime! They never resolved the problem; This is not professional! I give up!

Still Broken, No Follow Up

After originally reporting this issue in a review on November 9, 2025, and receiving a developer response on November 12 instructing me to contact support, I followed those instructions and called the provided support number. Unfortunately, that experience only reinforced how poorly this issue is being handled. The representative walked me through the exact same troubleshooting steps I had already completed multiple times: delete the app, power cycle the phone, reinstall, repeat. No surprise — nothing changed. I was then told the issue would be escalated to the IT department and that I would receive an update within a week. That call took place on December 12, 2025 around noon. Today is December 23, 2025, and I have received no email, no update, no acknowledgment — nothing. This is not how professional customer service works. Even a simple message saying “we’re still investigating” would show basic respect for the customer’s time. Silence after escalation is unacceptable. What makes this worse is that this app worked fine before, continues to work on devices running older iOS versions, and is clearly suffering from unresolved compatibility issues — yet customers are left completely in the dark. As someone who actually holds BP shares, it’s especially disappointing to see a product tied to a major brand handled this carelessly. Ignoring users who take the time to report legitimate issues is a fast way to lose trust — and customers. At this point, I’m not just frustrated — I’m questioning whether this app is being actively supported at all. If fixes are delayed, say so. If there’s a known issue, own it. But don’t promise follow-ups and then disappear. Still waiting for the update I was told I’d receive.

Login Circling

I tried to log in on my new phone and it won’t work. I can’t move past the “almost there… one more step” page. Also, it took far too long for the station and pump to load on my previous phone. I was standing out in the cold for far too long waiting for the right pumps to load. I like saving the .25 on Fridays, but it’s getting cold out!
