Our focus is fitness (yoga- Yin, Vinyasa, Gentle flow & Hot Ninety/ Sixty. Pilates - Mat Pilates & Hot HIIT.
Dance (Hip hop, House, Afro, Contemporary & RnB Choreography.
We have training for performance level in dance, music, visual arts & fashion.
