One year of using the app, I’ve saved nearly $800. But the real reason I use it is to support my local community. Love this app.

Best reasons for Repegs: 1) Support local. Repegs only partners with the best in the community. Their model isn’t about market saturation. They hand pick the merchants they work with (and vice versa) so there is true partnership…def not one coffee shop against the other across the street!) 2) Buyer Benefits. As the consumer, you benefit by being given a discount, that is a Win-Win partnership between you and your favorite local retailer. (More below in this.) The app highlights promotions like one restaurant offering a BOGO or Happy Hour deal, or just a standing % discount or both! 3) Retailer Reward. The pay-thru-app aspect of Repegs allows the retail merchant to be rewarded by not using the big credit houses and banks. They don’t have to pay the heftier per-transaction fees charged by other payment methods (inc 🍎pay.)So You win, they Win, we all win by supporting Community-centric advertising and consumerism. Oh, what’s in it for Repegs? Certainly some portion of the 1% fee (vs a big bank 3+%?) they charge the merchant?…I don’t totally know, but imagine that they are benefiting from being what is essentially a discount transaction clearing house thru deals with banks and credit vendors. But you’d have to ask them. I don’t work here, just a loyal user-fan!

I’m saving money, supporting local businesses, and giving to local charities all in one easy transaction. Plus, we are discovering new places to shop and dine everyday on this app. What a valuable tool for keeping the local economy going. We’ve been recommending Repegs to all our local friends, and new businesses.

I have been using Repegs for the last few months and think it’s a very clever way to find new businesses in San Diego, specifically North County that I haven’t tried. It even reminds me to go to businesses I love to get a locals discount. I love seeing new businesses come onto the platform.
