2014 gmc sierra 1500 5.3

I have just received this product and it keeps giving me an update error when trying to install tunes saying please try again or contact support ??? Any help would be nice !!!

Smooth operation!

Eveything from the updates to loading the tun went smoothly! I can’t wait for the opportunity to load custom tunes.

Doesn’t Save Settings

I made changes to turn off AFM, increase the idle, and did the build, and update. After a test drive I opened the app again, and see the AFM is turned back on, and the idle increase isn’t showing. When settings are changed in the app they should be saved for the next time the app is opened.

It’s not the best by far

I have this in my 2015 chevy truck transmission don’t shift correctly has a pulsation on slowing down don’t fill a power difference, and can’t get it to do an update even though every time I get in turn it on it says 97 updates ready to load and then doesn’t load them. Can’t just tpms or anything else for that matter. Definitely not impressed.

Useless

Shouldn’t have to take over 4 hours just to update. Other than that any other setting I try to change once a connection is established reads error and to try again another time. Just not worth my time.
