The Synergy Radiology Patient Portal allows patients to securely access their radiology scan results and request future appointments at any Synergy Radiology practice. Our website can be found here: https://synrad.com.au.

Once your results are ready, you will receive a text message with a link. You will need this link to activate your account and set a secure password. The app ensures the security of your data and allows you to view and easily share your results with other health professionals.

If you need assistance with the app, please email help@synrad.com.au with a description of the problem.

Please Note: Your doctor can access your images and report as soon as they are available. You should always return to your doctor to discuss your results.
