Integrated with a video intercom system, the solution allows residents to connect directly with property management and receive instant updates via push notifications. This system streamlines property management processes and enhances the living experience.

Mobile App Functions :

Dynamic Profile QR Code
•⁠ ⁠Display the basic resident information
•⁠ ⁠Present the profile QR code to the scanner to gain access to entrances, lifts, and mailbox.

Visitor QR Code
•⁠ ⁠Create temporary visitor QR code by entering the basic visitor information and the visit time
•⁠ ⁠Visitor can scan this temporary QR code to gain self-access to entrances and lifts.

Video Intercom
•⁠ ⁠Receive video intercom call from the visitor standing in front of the kiosk
•⁠ ⁠Unlock the lobby entrance for the visitor remotely

Facility Booking
•⁠ ⁠Check the available time slot of the facilities within the building
•⁠ ⁠Connect the mailbox via Bluetooth and open it remotely

News and Notices
•⁠ ⁠Receive app push notifications on news and notices published by the property management company

General Settings
•⁠ ⁠Edit the default language of the app (Chinese/English)
