App doesn’t work
App logs in via Face ID, but screen is blank. Shows last log in time and that’s all. Bunch of bugs when when it was working. The UI and UX designers need to get together to work on this.

Absolute Garbage! Stay away
Zero stars. This “bank” is operationallynflawed and operates like a scam. They trap you in an infinite verification loop: you cannot transfer money in until you verify your account, but their system requires you to transfer money in order to verify the account. It is completely broken. Because they have no website and rely solely on this buggy app, you are completely locked out of a solution. Customer service is nonexistent and completely incompetent. I called three separate times to resolve the loop so I could transfer a lot of money (!) . The reps had no idea what to do, and when I demanded a manager, I was promised a callback that never happened. When I called back the next day, they essentially told me to go close the account myself if I didn’t like it. Stay far away from this institution. If they can’t even handle a basic onboarding process without breaking, imagine what they will do when you actually need to withdraw your life savings. Absolute garbage. you are going to lose your money and nerves in here!
