Worst ever
This app just creates frustration and disappointment. Hate everything about trying to make use of it.

Useless app
I can't tell if the app itself is so bad or just the administration of the app. Nothing on the app is correct or updated, and basic functionalities don't work. This is the first place I've stayed where they insist you use the app but staff do everything on paper (poorly). Could not book dinner reservations on the app, had to dues guest services where they scribble on a sheet of note paper.
