App is useless
Every time I try to login, they refuse my password, really annoying.. The entire website is not customer friendly. Where they go, from where is ridiculous!!

Not happy
I booked my flight from Dallas to Vegas in November. At the airport my seat was changed without discussing with me from 12C to 3A. I am handicapped and I called JSX after booking to specifically request the seat and paid for it. I need the extra room because I am handicapped. Very unhappy customer. Jeanne Blair
