The app is extremely frustrating to use. It kept freezing and failing to upload my files, and I spent 45 minutes just trying to submit one claim. In the end, the claim didn’t even go through—truly a headache.

Worst app ever don’t even bother it doesn’t work

This app is too slow and not practical to use. It has a lot of issues and the old version was much better. This version needs major improvements before it can be reliable.
