A voice for all time, especially our current hyper-paced world…
Julia is wonderful, and this is my favourite meditation app. It’s more than an app…you can feel Julia’s kind and wise presence through this digital format. Her voice is one for all time, especially our current hyper-paced world. She teaches kindness, real compassion for ourselves and others, and she offers practical ways to start to feel more grounded and connected to nature and all humans. Such a gift. I’m so grateful for her teachings and her spirit. ✨

Julia Frodahl is a special human being who has now created an independent digital space where anyone with a device can tap into her offerings for wellbeing. Her work and offerings on and offline are a breath of fresh air and a reminder that we can combine our creative skills with modern technology to create good things that help people. The free portion of the app is incredibly generous, and the expanded offerings are shared at a beyond-fair price which, if you were to access even just once a week for a year, would cost about the same as a small bag of apples. If you need a counterbalance to the stressful environment we are existing in, wherever you are, this is a good place to visit.
