Perfect for quick workouts
I’ve had this app for a little over two years now. I have never had any issues with it. The workouts are awesome if you want to just do a quick seven minute workout, or if you want to go ahead and extend it and do two or three rounds. They will definitely leave you out of breath, even though you can’t imagine how. I always do two sets in a row, and I extend the break time in between sets to 10 seconds. I can’t imagine not using this app in between my longer workout days.
