Support is a DEALBREAKER
I like the camera itself, but I’ve decided not to buy any more because their support is almost nonexistent. Sometimes it takes a minute and a half just to connect to the live feed. Imagine hearing something concerning and having to wait that long to see what’s going on. They even closed a support ticket because it took me three minutes to reply, yet I’ve waited almost 24 hours for them to respond. Unless I’m in the app constantly, I don’t know when they’ve commented. By the time an email alerts me, the ticket is already closed. When I asked for clarification, they were extremely apologetic and said they were very busy, but that I could reach back out and they’d be happy to help. The problem is, we’re playing cat and mouse. Their stated support hours are Pacific Time, BUT their timestamps are wrong, both on emails and on the camera, so I don’t know how to get in touch with anyone because I don’t know if I should trust their stamped email hours or REAL Pacific Time it makes me wonder if they’re in a different country and not truly on the west coast. Also, because of the time stamp issues on the videos being like 16 hours off, I’m not sure how reliable these videos would be in court. For example, a motion detected around 5PM showed a timestamp of 9AM. I’m sad that I have to look for new security cameras that offer TRUE support, but the stress it is causing and my blood pressure will be better for it. I’m glad I didn’t purchase the other cameras I needed yet. So I am only out about $40.

Awesome!
Best cameras I ever had with amazing quality! The best thing about these cameras is is their night vision! They work in complete darkness! It’s unreal how amazing these cameras are especially since you have control over them from your phone! Edit: I don’t like the price there is no option for 2 cameras I’m not paying for 5. So I won’t pay I may use some other camera companies and use these free.
