Can’t cash out

I have earned enough points to cash out $50 but cannot get the money, as they require you to also earn “fragments” which you can only earn by watching videos and then cracking an egg open. They do not save so once you leave, you have to start over. It’s a waste of time. Multiple emails to company asking for help with this went unanswered. Seems like a scam..

Bad app

I installed this app in the spring. Got 49 “fragments “ very quickly but you need 50 to cash out. They make it impossible to cash out. I have sent 3 emails to them with no response. In order to be able to get fragments you have to crack eggs. You get 3 a day. To get more you have to watch 2 ads per extra egg. I have been doing this for months and have stayed at 49 fragments . Don’t install as it’s not worth it

Awful App

This deserves NO STARS!! PLEASE READ!! Not only does this app not calculate or sync the steps I take (I walk about 14k a day and it says maybe 3k) but I couldn’t even leave feedback within the app. The keyboard does not go away when I try to submit. Also, if you want to cash out you need fragments. Well GOOD LUCK. I have tried to earn these damn things daily for weeks and nope! As soon as you hit 40 (you need 50 to cash out) all of the sudden you lose. Every. Single. Time. It’s pathetic. Deleting. Don’t waste your time.

“Oops”

The closer I’m getting to being able to withdraw my $30 because they expect you to get the steps, the points, and puzzle pieces, the more they are giving me “oops” instead of actual prizes for puzzle pieces when cracking the egg. I don’t even care about the prizes, I just want to be able to grab my money off the app, but I am watching commercials, I am getting a minimum of 10 eggs cracked a day and I am getting more and more oops every single day. I understand you guys need us to watch commercials to get money so that you can pay us out, but I would rather you just tell me how many commercials I need to watch to be able to withdraw my money and take away the prizes, I do not care about them, just give me the money Edit: out of 10 egg cracks today 9 were “oops”

Too Many Ads For Too Few Rewards

As others have already reviewed for JoyPace, you earn points (money) but in order to get your reward you must also earn fragments by cracking open a Golden Egg after watching 2 ads. It’s very frustrating because many times the egg is empty so you don’t earn anything. There are many other similar walking apps that are more generous than JoyPace. The developers need to make it easier for users to earn rewards.
