About NueSynergy Mobile

NueSynergy Mobile provides a single access point for participants to manage their consumer driven healthcare and other tax-favored benefit accounts. NueSynergy Mobile shares user authentication with the NueSynergy Online Participant Portal, meaning that registered users can merely download the application and log in to immediately gain mobile access to their benefit accounts, with no need to register their mobile phone. Security code needs work

Security needs work

When putting in the security code, it automatically toggles back to the alphabet after each number instead of staying on the numbers. The security code only contains numbers. This is a huge nuisance.

Not recommended

I have to deal with my card being frozen by you guys because of denied payment transactions at least twice a year. This really needs to stop. I wish the State of Kansas would not contract with you guys again.
