I have been working these puzzles for probably eight years and just love it! Since I got my new iPad I have been having problems with the screen freezing up. It didn’t start this till I got the new pad. Don’t know what to do to fix this. Other than that I enjoy this program immensely! I am now unable to download new puzzles. There is an exclamation that appears at the bottom an it does not DL the puzzles. Don know what could be doing that but I would really like to have new puzzles. Can you let me know what I am doing wrong.

Missing pieces
I use this games to make my on puzzles. However I an considering removing my app. The last three(3) puzzles have been missing pieces. Do not understand how this can happen on an e puzzle. A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
