Horrible

Any company that forces you to use an app to activate, turn, on, or enable basic features should be shunned. I have been trying for two days now to use the app to activate the system. I have connected it to wifi dozens of times. I have directly connected it to my wifi router with an ethernet cable only for the same error message over and over and over again. No device found…. I can plug the ip address into the app to view status and it has no problem querying the device for information. There is zero need for this device to require an app to enable basic functionality but I assume they are scrapping what ever information they can to sell on to others. . If I had the ability to send the device back I would. I

Bought 3 UT2 - app and drives are useless

The UT2 is a great concept but this is not ready for release. Both the product and the app need some serious work before this is anywhere near ready for managing data.

Spying on Clipboard

The app works well, tons of great functions, but it’s weird that it tries to spy on your clipboard every time you open it.

Wants CONSTANT access to clipboard

Every time I open the app it requests clipboard access. No matter what I am doing, it constantly wants to access my clipboard. Fix this! And add a dark mode, please!
