Great App!
The new Safety Chain app had a rough start with numerous bugs, poor phone UI, no form level overview, etc… But these issues are fixed now and the app is working great! Safety Chain continues to improve their experience.

Poor UI for Phones
(Update): in version 1.23, the UI for phones was greatly improved with smaller text and headers! The overview feature was also added in a recent update. Thanks to the Safety Chain team for listening! (Original Review): The text font is way too large, making it challenging to fill out forms on a phone, which is how I, along with many others, conduct quality checks. Additionally, there is no overview feature to help navigate through longer forms, unlike the M2 app. Overall disappointment.
